TETA CONVENTION / MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Please read this carefully to avoid complications with your TETA Convention registration.
The deadline for pre-registering is 15-Dec-2007. Those postmarked after 15-Dec-2007 will be assessed a $50.00 late fee due at convention. On-Site registration will begin at 5:00 PM on 24-Jan-2008.
Anyone who attends the convention must also be a current member of TETA. If your membership is not current, you will be required to pay membership dues onsite (in addition to the $50.00 late fee since your registration was not complete by 15-Dec-2007.)
The types of membership and fees are as follows:
- Adult - $50.00
- Student - $20.00
- Senior - $10.00
- Life time - $500.00
- Organizational (secondary, college/university, business) - $100.00
- Institutional (secondary or college/university) - $100.00
Only one representative's membership fee is waived if you are an organizational or institutional member. All other members from the same school must pay ALL associated fees. A school should not pay both organizational/institutional and individual membership for the single designated organizational/institutional member.
We will accept cash, personal or school checks for the exact amount. We do not accept credit cards for on-site registration. We do not accept purchase orders. TETA will not issue refunds of overpayment for school funds or issue refunds for membership. TETA will only issue refunds of convention fees requested in writing postmarked no later than 15-Dec-2007. Membership dues will not be refunded.
All individuals attending the convention must complete ALL applicable sections of a registration form. If you have further questions about registration please contact the Convention Registrar. If you have general questions about membership please contact the Membership Chair.
