TETA Policies:

TETA Membership runs September 1 - August 31.

Check Acceptance Policy: Please make checks payable to TETA, INC. All checks must have the address pre-printed on the check. For personal checks you must include a phone # and Driver's License #. Temporary checks are not accepted. TETA can now accept VISA & MC payments. Use the Credit Card Form.

Credit Card Policy:TETA will accept VISA or MC for payments by mail using the TETA credit card form. For on-site registration we will ONLY accept the actual credit card.

Refunds must be requested in writing no later than December. 1. Membership & application fees are not refundable. Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope for confirmation of receipt. No other receipt is issued before the convention. After December 1, there are no refunds for any reason, including circumstances beyond TETA's control, including weather. TETA TIN: 23-7120592

RECEIPTS: TETA does not issue receipts prior to convention or summer workshop without a self-addressed stamped envelope. 

Effective October 1, 2008, TETA must receive a telephone number with every request for payment, reimbursement, scholarship, etc. Without a valid telephone number, payment requests cannot be processed.

Concurrently, all TETA checks will generate an automatic "Stop Payment" order after thirty (30) days from the date the checks was issued. Hence, once a check from TETA is received, it should be deposited immediately.

All Secondary students must complete a Student Code of Conduct form to attend any part of TheatreFest, PlayFest, DesignFest or Auditions. Secondary students may not attend any part of TheareFest without a school sponsor.

Badges are to be worn above the waist at all times, in all public areas, including hotel lobbies and hallways.
